The Run
A scenic 5K to start the day with motion, connection, and good energy. Fresh air, friendly faces, and one purpose.

We’ll begin with a light group warm-up, then follow a leisurely loop along the sun-drenched Miami Beach Boardwalk. Your pace: whether you jog, run, or walk.
