TL;DR

  • You can now stake from 0.01 ETH with Everstake, a non-custodial staking provider founded in 2018
  • Everstake simplifies the entry to staking, while validator activation remains subject to the Ethereum protocol’s 32 ETH requirement.
  • Assets stay in your wallet, withdrawals can be initiated anytime, and the solution is audited by ChainSecurity, Ackee, Trail of Bits
  • Users can start staking through the Everstake ETH staking dashboard in a few steps.

The previous threshold, introduced on September 14, 2023, already reduced the native 32 ETH validator requirement 320 times. The new minimum lowers it 3,200 times.

A lower entry threshold means more holders can participate in securing the Ethereum network. Broader participation supports decentralization across the validator set.

Why Use Everstake’s 0.01+ ETH Staking Solution

Everstake’s 0.01+ ETH staking solution combines a low entry threshold with non-custodial design and audited contracts. Key reasons to use it:

  • Low minimum
Stake from 0.01 ETH, versus the 32 ETH required to run a solo Ethereum validator.
  • Non-custodial
Staked ETH remains under your control in your own wallet.
  • Reliability
Everstake has been supporting Ethereum since its early PoS days, maintaining observed 99.98% uptime and 0 material slashing events on the Ethereum network.
  • Trusted at scale
Over 1M ETH staked through Everstake’s compliant infrastructure by retail and institutional clients, including 250K+ ETH staked with Trezor Suite and 100K+ ETH staked via Exodus.
  • Audited security
The solution was audited by Ackee, ChainSecurity, and Trail of Bits.
  • Fast setup
Staking takes 3 clicks on the Everstake ETH staking dashboard.

How to stake Ethereum starting from 0.01 ETH

Staking 0.01 ETH or more with Everstake takes 3 steps:

  1. Open the Everstake ETH staking dashboard.
  2. Connect your wallet as instructed.
  3. Specify the amount of ETH and confirm the Stake transaction.

Staked ETH stays in your control, and unstaking is processed according to the current unstaking queue on Ethereum.

How the 0.01+ ETH Staking Solution Works

Everstake’s 0.01+ ETH staking solution lets users participate with delegations starting from 0.01 ETH, while validator activation follows the 32 ETH requirement set by the Ethereum protocol. Each validator is then operated on Everstake’s audited infrastructure.

Rewards are restaked automatically by default.

The unstaking and withdrawal periods vary according to the state of the network and number of participants who want to exit at the same time. To check relevant data on the withdrawal queue, users can refer to Rated

The lower minimum makes Ethereum staking available to holders of smaller balances. Wider participation in staking contributes to decentralization and network security across the Ethereum ecosystem.

FAQ

What is the minimum amount of ETH I can stake with Everstake?

The minimum is 0.01 ETH. Everstake previously required 0.1 ETH, and the native Ethereum validator requirement is 32 ETH.

Is Everstake’s 0.01+ ETH staking custodial?

No, the solution is non-custodial. Staked ETH remains in your wallet and under your control while delegated through Everstake.

Can I withdraw my staked ETH at any time?

Withdrawal processing follows the Ethereum protocol’s exit queue.

Has Everstake’s ETH staking solution been audited?

Yes, the solution has passed 2 independent audits. ChainSecurity and Ackee both reviewed the Everstake staking contracts.

How does Everstake 0.01 ETH staking solution work?

With Everstake’s solution, users can start staking from 0.01 ETH, while validator activation remains subject to the 32 ETH required by the Ethereum protocol per validator. Once that threshold is reached, a validator is launched on Everstake’s infrastructure.

How long has Everstake been operating?

Everstake was founded in 2018. The company has supported 130+ networks historically and over $7B+ assets to date.
