How to Stake Oasis Network (ROSE) in SAVL Wallet

This guide will explain how to stake Oasis Network (ROSE) using Savl Mobile App. 

About Savl

Download the Savl Mobile App

Go to the official website, choose the relevant store, or scan the QR code to install the app.

Create a Wallet

Open the app, go through the welcome pop-ups, agree to the Terms of Use and move on to creating a new wallet.

Generate a recovery phrase by tapping the button several times.

Open and write down your recovery phrase. You can save it or skip this step and find the phrase later in the settings. Remember, the phrase is a unique key to your wallet and the only way to restore it.

• The best way is to write down your recovery phrase and store it in a safe place that only you can access or use a special device. We also recommend using services like LastPass or KeepassXC.
• Make several copies to protect yourself from losing or damaging the original one.
• Do not take screenshots while saving the recovery phrase, and do not copy it to the clipboard. Saving your seed phrase as a screenshot or text on a phone or laptop puts it in danger of being stolen. 
• Never share your recovery phrase with anyone.

Set the PIN and complete your profile.

Add Oasis Network to Your Wallet

In the Wallets section, click the Add button to activate the Oasis wallet.

Type “Oasis” in the search field and enable the wallet for the Oasis Network.

Top Up Your Wallet

After activating the wallet, top it up to proceed with staking. 

Find Oasis Network among active wallets on the main screen and copy your wallet address to fund it by sending ROSE from the exchange account or another wallet.

Tip: The Savl wallet also displays your balance in the selected fiat currency. To change it, go to the main screen, click on your User ID → click on the Settings icon, and select the preferred currency.

Staking ROSE

After receiving tokens, move on to the staking section.

Click Stake ROSE to continue.

Select a validator to delegate your ROSE. Everstake is one of the validators. Thus, you can delegate tokens to us. 

 

Always DYOR when choosing a validator.

Enter the amount you want to stake (the minimum staking amount is 100 ROSE). Tap Continue.

Check the transaction details; if everything is correct, tap Stake ROSE and enter the PIN to confirm.

Well done! Your ROSE are staked. You will receive the first rewards from the next epoch (1 epoch = ~1 hour).

Where to check your rewards

You can check the active delegation(s) details, staking rewards, and your liquid balance in the Total staked section.

The rewards are auto-compounding, automatically re-adding to your staking balance, and maximizing your profits.

Alternatively, you can monitor your balance, staking rewards, and the main statistics of the network in the Oasis Monitor explorer. To track your earnings, type your wallet address in the search field → rewards will be displayed under “Rewards.”

How to Unstake

You can unstake your delegated tokens in the Total staked section, where you can find all your active delegations.

Click on the delegation you want to terminate.

Click on Withdraw.

It will take 14 days to unstake. Rewards do not accrue during this period.

Enter the amount you want to unstake and hit Continue.

Check the transaction details and if everything is correct, hit Withdraw and enter the PIN to proceed.
