We are glad to announce that Everstake’s ETH2 Batch Deposit Contract has undergone an independent audit by Ackee Blockchain Security, completing a fixed review for issues.
ETH2 Batch Deposit Contract allows consolidating numerous validator deposits into a one transaction and forwarding them atomically to the official ETH2 Deposit Contract.
The security review of the Everstake ETH2 Batch Deposit Contract was conducted by Ackee Blockchain Security over a focused period between November 11 and November 14, 2025. The engineering team performed a deep dive into the contract’s logic and its integration with the Ethereum Mainnet.
At Everstake we make sure to continuously work on security and regularly involve independent security audit teams to enhance our frameworks and solidify our trust as a top-performing reliable staking infrastructure company. This marks the second time professionals from Ackee review Everstake’s smart contract and audit security. Previously, our 0.1 ETH Staking Solution contract was under review.
Methodology & Focus Areas
Ackee Blockchain Security employed a multi-layered approach, combining industry-standard static analysis tools (including Wake) with rigorous manual code inspection. The team paid specific attention to:
Attack Prevention
Ensuring the contract is resilient against griefing and front-running.
External Integration
Verifying that interactions with the canonical ETH2 Deposit Contract are correctly implemented.
Protocol Compatibility
Confirming the code aligns with the most recent Ethereum protocol updates.
Mathematical Integrity
Auditing the system’s arithmetic to prevent calculation errors.
Data Validation
Checking for common vulnerabilities and input sanitization issues.
Audit Results
We are proud to report that the audit was highly successful, reflecting Everstake’s commitment to high-quality code standards.
- Total Findings: 2
- Severity: Info (Low-risk recommendations)
Both findings were successfully fixed during the first revision. Following the audit, Ackee Blockchain Security recommended that Everstake ensure all off-chain components correctly verify payloads before they interact with the on-chain contract. No new findings were reported.
The full report, complete with all findings and recommendations, is available at Ackee’s GitHub.
